New Bottle Release + Extended Hours

It's Community Days in Goldendale and we'll have extended hours for the holiday weekend opening at noon on Friday!

We'll also be releasing three new bottles in the tasting room, plus Cellar Club Members get 25% off bottles all weekend long.

And don't forget, the Dirty Cowgirl will be up and running serving delicious BBQ right outside our front door.

New Bottles:

Summer Fallow | Hoppy Wild Ale

This beer started as a simple golden farmhouse ale made up of Pilsner malt, flaked wheat, and oat malt. We added handfuls of aromatic hops from the Yakima Valley, fermented in stainless with a blend of wild yeast, and sent this beer into second use wine barrels for a year. After sitting fallow through the warm summer months, we dry-hopped this beer with Citra. The result is a beer with intense hop aromatics, a lively acidity, and a soft oaky finish.

Brewed November, 2017 - Bottled December, 2018 - 27 Cases Produced

Horse Thief | Wild Ale

This unsuspecting beer is a delicate blend of a generously hopped farmhouse-style pale ale and a simple pale ale fermented with a blend of native wild yeast strains. This beer resided in second use wine barrels for most of its existence. The resulting interplay of subtle oak, wild funk, and hops will delight your senses.

Brewed April, 2018 - Bottled January, 2019 - 51 Cases Produced
