Join us as Allegory Brewing (McMinnville, OR) makes its Vancouver debut with two special beer releases brewed in collaboration with Dwinell Country Ales (Goldendale, WA).
This series of collaborations began during the harvest of 2018 when Charlie from Allegory rode his motorcycle to Goldendale, picked grapes, and brewed an experimental "no-boil" beer. Raw ales are all the rage, bro!
But wait, there's more! The fun continued a couple months later when Justin and Jocelyn visited Charlie's place along with Maltster-in-Commander Seth from Mecca Grade to cook up another mixed-culture beer.
Both beers contain 100% estate-grown malt from Mecca Grade Estate Malt (Madras, OR).
On tap, we'll be releasing:
A mixed-culture raw ale co-fermented with hand-picked Viognier grapes from Gunkel Vineyards (Maryhill, WA) then dry-hopped with cryogenically-processed Citra and Mosaic hops. Cryo hops, baby!
A farmhouse-style pale ale conditioned with a blend of Goldendale-native yeast then dry-hopped with Ella and, well, you'll just have to wait and see, dude.
Also on tap:
More beers from Allegory? Oh yea . . .
Plus, bottles from Dwinell? You betchya . . .
