Bottle Release + Harvest Party

Member Release & Harvest Party - Oct 19 & 20

Join us out in Goldendale for a harvest party and a Cellar Club bottle release to celebrate the end of the season. By the middle of October, we'll have gotten our first frost, grape harvest will be almost done, and we'll be ready to start our first full batches of cider.

We'll be here all weekend, so come out to visit and pick up your bottles whenever works best for you. We can't think of a better way to celebrate a successful summer than a party and sharing new beers with all of you!

New Bottles

Barrel Aged Punchline | After briefly macerating this farmhouse-style ale with hand-picked Sangiovese grapes, we matured this Rosé-inspired beer for eight months in neutral wine barrels.
*This is the barrel aged version of our rosé beer Punchline that we released in February. We saved some cases of the original version, which will be available to pre-order if you'd like to take both bottles home and try them side by side.

Past Perfect | On a cold December afternoon in 2017, we teamed up with our friends from Varietal Beer Company to brew a simple farmhouse ale with an aromatic blend of wheat and rye from Mecca Grade Estate Malt. After cooling naturally overnight, we sent this beer into four freshly dumped red wine barrels with a touch of our native yeast culture. Nearly a year later, we selected this single barrel to showcase an inviting interplay of vineous oak, estate-grown malts, and the delicate microflora of the Klickitat Valley.
*Past Tense, the blended version of this beer, will also be available for pre-order if you'd like to take both bottles home and try them side by side.

Welcome Wagon | During the harvest of 2018, we brewed a wild golden ale using a mixture of native yeast cultures. After a warm primary fermentation, we blended this beer with the pressings of Yarlington Mill, Marie Menard, Champagne Reinette, and Karmijn de Sonnaville - all heirloom cider apples grown by our good friends at E.Z. Orchards in Salem, OR. This unique fruited ale offers a delicate array of rustic flavors from our homegrown mixed-culture and showcases the gentle aromatic charm of heirloom cider apples.
*If you visited last spring, you may remember this beer from our tap list. However, this version was bottle conditioned instead of force carbonated, and the extended aging over the summer has melded the flavors together and provided for a nice hint of brett funk.
